Our machine consists of an airtight stainless steel chamber in which the operator introduces the products to be decontaminated. The components required to control each critical parameter throughout the cycle are all installed in the technical compartment. Our extensive skills and know-how in the manufacturing of machinery ensure the absolute competitiveness of our VPHP Pass Box with regard to initial investment, operating costs and process repeatability.

Ninety percent of worldwide pharmaceutical production plants use vaporized H2O2. There are many reasons why simple spray o micronized systems have not become popular. Vapour is indicated for a wide range of microorganisms and guarantees uniform distribution, reaching the most critical areas of the chamber. It is capable of achieving 6-log reduction on all exposed surfaces, avoiding the potential creation of a Biofilm. The chemical and physical properties of vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) are compatible with most of the materials used in sterile production areas. Moreover, vapour limits the formation of potentially corrosive liquids, which normally occurs with other spray systems.

Our machine consists of three main components that can be installed together, as a single unit, or remotely, if space is limited.

The main body consists of a watertight stainless steel chamber in which the objects are washed.

The second element of the washer is a Clean-in-Place (CIP) skid that contains the water buffer tank, the washing pump, the detergent dosing system, the heat exchanger and all the components required to control each parameter during the wash cycle, such as a flow rate, temperature, conductivity, etc.

The last element is an air handling unit (AHU) that takes care of the final drying and cooling phase.

All the piping installed on the washing machine is assembled using an automatic orbital welding machine.

At the end of each cycle, the machine is always fully drained and dried.

The Pharmaceutical industry, following the continuous developement of manufacturing standards and regulations, demands better and automated equipment for the manufacturing process.

An important italian pharmaceutical company decided to renovate and automatize the washing and drying area of equipment used for solid dose production.

Senna Inox had been awarded with the contract for the supply, installation and validation of two new washing machines with different purposes.

The first machine is a flush floor Bin Washer whose main scope is to wash different bin sizes and, by means of dedicated washing baskets, of all format parts of equipment used for the production of tablets, blister and sachets.

Another smaller washer has been installed beside the first one to wash specifically tablets press tooling and other small parts.
